The transport used to bring the bodies to the shamshan ghats in the deserts of Citizen Project. You can check a larger version here.
This illustration is my entry for the COW (Creature Of the Week) number 158 at Conceptart.org. This week’s creature theme was “Lives Beneath the Surface of the Moon!“. So I went for this Ink Driller (sort of like an octopus but underground instead of underwater). You can check the challengers themselves in this link: C.O.W [...]
This morning I started a new sketch for a monster. It’s name? Cocopedra (Stonehead). A monster native of Zhymballa. It’s main attack weapon is the forehead.
And yet another one. This time a bone sword:
And… I just got done with another one!. This time a seashell. Yeah.. not quite a serious weapon, but hey, you never know who might use this thing, right?
And.. here comes another color sketch. This time a “Forge-Welded Double Short Sword”. Quite a long yet simple name, but oh well!. Done this morning at school:
I just took another one of the weapons from two posts ago and made a color sketch out of it:

I just got done with 40 weapon sketches for a group project at school. I will be doing some more later on, but I wanted to post some small thumbnails of the silhouettes/sketches.
Yet another body study (well, I’ve been doing more, but this is the 3rd I post). This time I’m also using the Bridgman’s style but I’m drawing part of a pose from Posemaniacs.
After one day I noticed some big issues with the head shape that I didn’t notice at first!. Anyway, here is the new head fixed. I hope to add the helmet within this week. Meanwhile I will be doing some other stuff.
A head study I did today after class. Work in progress. He will be wearing a helmet, that’s why the ear is just a very rough shape.
Another body study I made today based on the drawings from Life Drawing by Bridgman.

A monster I made today in class in an hour. I used one texture, 180 polygons (92 for the worm itself) and 3 bones.
Animations for a combo-meter for my next project. The fire version isn’t finished. From 1 to 20 combo-chain. From 21 to ??? combo-chain.
A work in progress video of the body study I have been updating with. I have yet to resize the arm (way too big!) and finish it.
I fixed some parts of the muscles and whatnot, and tried to make him wear some old clothes, but he isn’t very happy about the way his clothes are folding!
A one hour body study I made with Zbrush without references. I will post the drawings I’ve done since the last update, in the next few days. Been a bit busy with an school project involving iPod Touch / iPhone. I hope I can talk about this soon too :P
Made today in around 4 hours in ZBrush 3.1 using a Sphere3D as the base object.
I made this Spartan helmet today while listening to the teacher (I brought a pen tablet with me, hehehe). It took about 2 hours, so I had to finish it during the lunch break.
If you got bored of the apples I have made before, this time I’m bringing another fruit, and a very good one actually, as it even fits with the blog theme!.
Here is the 4th page of my sketchbook, with some more hand studies. I will do a few more hand studies before starting something else.
Today I decided to make another Speed Painting of an apple like I did a few months ago. This time in just about 10 minutes (2 minutes less than the last time):
