Apple vuelve a innovar. iPod video (a)probado (in Varios)
Pues que menos que hacerle un poco de publicidad a la compañia de la que estoy aprovechandome para poner mis publicaciones aquí, mirar el correo, etc.
Además, con razón!. Hoy ya han puesto el stand con los iPod video. Apple ha vuelto a innovar con su nuevo iPod, cuya característica principal es la de reproducir video.
Además, Apple ha decidido sacar dos versiones con diferente capacidad de almacenamiento, un iPod de 30Gb y otro de 60Gb.
Puede almacenar hasta 15.000 canciones y carátulas de discos a todo color. 150 horas de video, 25.000 fotos y su batería es de nada menos que 20 horas (con música, ya que con video baja drásticamente, hasta las 2-3 horas).
Como siempre, el control para seleccionar las opciones será la ya famosa rueda táctil y con botones (Apple Click Wheel) 
Y como os dije, ya lo he probado y me he quedado maravillado. Viene en dos colores diferentes, blanco-apple y negro. Aunque como últimamente se está poniendo de moda hacer todo en blanco, pues mejor comprarse ese, que pega más con todo (como mi PSP).
Para que os hagais una idea del tamaño (un 45% más fino que el iPod actual de 40Gb), aquí teneis una fotito con mi mano sujetando esta nueva obra maestra de Apple:
A la izquierda la foto que os dije.
A la derecha el stand de los iPod video. En realidad se ve muy oscuro porque me daba vergüenza hacer la foto con flash rodeado de tanto japonés friki toqueteandolo todo.
Como conclusión, si todavía no tienes reproductor.. te aconsejo tanto este iPod Video, como el iPod Nano (quizás este último me haya impresionado más ya que es realmente pequeño). En mi caso yo ya tengo la PSP que tampoco se queda corta. De duración es como el iPod de 30Gb (12 horas aprox. de música, 2-3 de video) y van a sacar (dios sabe cuando) una batería nueva de PSP para que dure más, pudiendo superar incluso al iPod de 60Gb en duración.
El problema? el tamaño comparado con este último, pero bueno.. se compensa con las aplicaciones que tiene.. visualizar imagenes, videos, escuchar música, jugar a todos los juegos de PSP e incluso por medio de sistemas poco legales (ejem, jajaj) jugar a todos los juegos de NES, SNES, MegaDrive, GameBoy, GBAdvance, etc, etc, etc.. e incluso, gracias al scummvg, jugar a juegos de la talla de Monkey Island!.
Por otro lado.. mañana me voy a Kyoto a ver el Jidai Matsuri, un festival también conocido como “Festival of Ages”. Se trata de uno de los más importantes de Kyoto, así como uno de los más importantes de Japón entero. Ya pondré fotos y contaré un poco de qué va.

Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important. Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It’s very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.

I’ve been a fan of Apple for sometime, they produce products that is visually beautiful while working like a charm. That can’t be said about alot of companies, it’s usually one or the other. Companies don’t usually take aesthetics seriously like Apple. With me stating that I’ve got to say that I’m very excited about the upcoming iSlate. One thing I question though, is it too soon? I think that this product may be ahead of its time. What do you think?

I also use Directory Maximizer http://bit.ly/aA6bCt $.16 / submission seems a little high compared to other services, but I have been using them for about a year and always see a very high success rate and a large number of the submissions are indexed. In the end I’d rather pay more for links that matter instead of paying for mass submissions that don’t do anything.
